Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava zavzetost zaposlenih na delovnem mestu, dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zavzetost in vodstvene kompetence.
Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični in empirični del.
V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili, kaj je zavzetost, kateri so dejavniki za zavzetost. Poleg tega smo se seznanili z merjenjem zavzetosti, vodenjem za zavzetost ter vodstvenimi kompetencami. Zavzetost smo predstavili tudi v povezavi z nekaterimi drugimi sorodnimi pojmi.
V empiričnem delu smo obravnavali podjetje Thermana d. d. Skozi raziskavo smo ugotovili stopnjo osebne zavzetosti zaposlenih na ravni celotne Thermane d. d. in po posameznih programih ter zavzetost glede na sociodemografske faktorje. Ugotovili smo ključne dejavnike in vodila za izboljšanje zavzetosti. Prav tako smo ugotovili, katere kompetence zaposleni zaznavajo pri svojih nadrejenih in katere vplivajo na njihovo zavzetost.
Na koncu so bili podani predlogi za ukrepe na področju človeških virov in za izboljšanje zavzetosti zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: |
The thesis deals with the engagement of employees on workplace, drivers of engagement and management competences.
The thesis is divided into two parts, namely a theoretical and empirical part.
In the theoretical part we have defined what engagement is, what are the engagement factors. In addition, we were introduced with measuring engagement, leadership and engagement management competencies. We have also identified the engagement in the relation with related concepts.
In the empirical part we discussed the company Thermana d. d. Through research, we found the level of personal engagement of the employees throughout the entire Thermana d. d. and by individual programs and engagemnet considering socio-demographic factors. We have found the key factors and engagement drivers. We have also found which leadership competencies employees perceive with their superiors and which affect their engagement.
In the end, the proposals were presented for actions in the field of human resources and of improving employee engagement. |
