Abstract

Secondary title: COMPARISON OF MODULES FOR REGULATION OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION IN HOUSEHOLD
Secondary abstract: The thesis deals with the problem of choosing the most appropriate module for controlling energy consumption in the household. It is a complex decision-making problem which requires a lot of expertise from a future user. For this purpose we have built multi-parameter decision model using a special tool - DEXi. The theoretical part presents the methodology of building such a model and theoretical bases of regulation of energy consumption. In the empirical part we are using the knowledge we gained from the theory and the expert knowledge to identify criteria and to form a criteria tree, as dictated by the methodology DEXi. This was followed by defining decision rules and presentation of alternatives, among which we have selected. In the last part we have critically assessed the alternatives and made the decision.
