Abstract

V prvem delu diplomske naloge sta splošno predstavljena kultura in proces komunikacije. Zaradi velikega števila raziskovalcev na tem področju obstajajo različne opredelitve pojma kultura in njegovih dimenzij. Predstavljenih je nekaj vodilnih avtorjev, njihovih modelov in definicij. Krajše poglavje je namenjeno tudi medkulturni komunikaciji, ki je ena izmed osnov za uspešnost v mednarodnem poslovanju. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela je v ospredju poslovna komunikacija v mednarodnem okolju. Kot primeri so izbrane Nemčija, Italija in Japonska. Za vsako državo so predstavljeni parametri, napotki in nasveti za poslovneže, ki vstopajo v mednarodni svet poslovanja in komuniciranja.

Secondary abstract: Culture and communication process are generally described in the first part of the diploma. Due to the large number of researchers in this field, consequently there are various definitions for the concept of culture and its dimensions. Most important authors, their models and definitions are described. A short chapter is dedicated to cross-cultural communication, which is one of the foundations for successful international business. In the second part the focus is on business communication in international environment. Germany, Italy and Japan are chosen and described as examples. Business etiquette, parameters, tips and advice for businessman entering the world of international commerce and communication are described for each country separately.
