Abstract

Uspešnost podjetja je delno odvisna od motivacije zaposlenih in uspešno izobraženih kadrov. Tehnologija v telekomunikaciji izredno hitro napreduje, zato so zaposleni primorani k stalnemu izobraževanju. Pomembno je, da zna podjetje svoje zaposlene motivirati za uspešno izobraževanje. V diplomski nalogi bomo poskušali raziskati, s čim so za izobraževanje motivirani zaposleni v podjetju Telekom Slovenije. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. Teoretični del smo razdelili v dva sklopa. V prvem sklopu so obrazloženi pojmi motivacija, vrste motivov, motivacijski dejavniki, motivacijske teorije. V drugem sklopu smo se osredotočili na izobraževanje odraslih, ovire in oblike izobraževanja odraslih ter naloge izobraževalne dejavnosti v organizaciji. V empiričnem delu predstavimo podjetje Telekom Slovenije, njegovo zgodovino, cilje, vrednote ter izobraževanje zaposlenih v podjetju. Raziskava je pokazala, da so zaposleni dobro motivirani in željni novega znanja. Želijo pa si, da bi potekala izobraževanja v sklopu delovnega časa.

Secondary title: MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES FOR EDUCATION IN COMPANY TELEKOM SLOVENIJE
Secondary abstract: Success of every company partly depends on the motivation of the employees and on well-trained staff. Communication technology is advancing extremely fast which makes it necessary for the employees to be involved in continuous training and education. It is important for the company to be able to motivate their employees for successful training. In the thesis, we will try to research what the motivation of the employees is in Telekom Slovenije for further education and training. The thesis consists of the theoretical and the empirical part. We divided the theoretical part into two sections. The first section explains the concept of motivation, kinds of motives, factors of motivation and theories of motivation. In the second section, we focused on adult training, obstacles and forms of adult education as well as the role of educational activities within the company. In the empirical part, we present Telekom Slovenije, its history, goals and values and training of employees of the company. The research shows that the employees are well motivated and want to acquire new knowledge. Their wish is, however, to attend trainings during their working time.
