Abstract
Nagrajevanje zaposlenih je pomemben del učinkovitega delovnega procesa, saj nam le- ta pri ustreznem nagrajevanju zaposlenih zvišuje delovno učinkovitost in zavzetost za opravljanje dela, kar posledično prispeva k doseganju in preseganju ciljev, ki jih ima zastavljeno podjetje. Z vidika podjetja so poslovni cilji toliko bolj izpolnjeni, kolikor bolj so usklajene zahteve podjetja in nagrade zaposlenih, saj se je zaposleni sposoben bolj truditi, če razume cilje podjetja in tako v skladu s svojim prispevkom začne prejemati večjo nagrado.
V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno obstoječe nagrajevanje zaposlenih v distribucijskem centru večjega trgovskega podjetja in predlog uvedbe točkovnega nagrajevanja. Z uvedbo točkovnega sistema nagrajevanja bi poenotili in poenostavili sam sistem nagrajevanja, saj vodji skladišča ne bi bilo več potrebno nadzirati, koliko dela opravi posamezen delavec na določeni delovni liniji.

Rewarding employees is an important part of effective work process, because it allows us the appropriate remuneration of employees increases working efficiency and commitment to perform the work, which contributes to achieving and exceeding the goals set by the company pledged. In terms of the company's business goals all the more satisfied the more the harmonized requirements and company rewards employees because the employees are able to work much harder if they understand the goals of the company and thus, in accordance with their contribution, shall receive a greater reward.
This thesis presents the existing remuneration of employees in the distribution center of a major commercial enterprise, as well as the proposal to introduce a points reward. With the introduction of a points reward system to unify and simplify the system itself rewarding, as warehouse manager would no longer be necessary to control how much work is done per worker on a particular work line. |
