Abstract

V diplomskem delu so predstavljene lastnosti in prednosti uporabe centraliziranih CRM sistemov. Lotili smo se tudi raziskave in izbire ustreznega CRM sistema za malo podjetje, ki omogoča enostavno uporabniško izkušnjo in enostavno dopolnjevanje oz. nadgrajevanje. Diplomsko delo obravnava izdelavo in prilagajanje izbranega CRM sistema dejanskim uporabniškim zahtevam. Prav tako je opisan način dosedanje zamudne administracije in nepregledne uporabe nedodelanih orodij za sledenje dela z strankami v malem podjetju. Ob koncu je prikazan praktični primer uspešne vpeljave CRM sistema v malem podjetju. Ključni cilj naloge je opis uspešne vpeljave CRM sistema v realno poslovno okolje.

Secondary abstract: In this diploma work, we will highlight the importance and benefits of using a centralized CRM system. We began the research and selection of the most appropriate CRM system for small company that provides a simple user experience and is easy for executing any of its upgrade or possible future needs of the company. We will also address to the construction and adaptation of the chosen CRM system according to the actual user requirements. It also describes the time-consuming administration and non-transparent use of incomplete tracking tools until the CRM introduction in relation to work with clients in a small company. At the end, it shows a practical example of successful deployment of CRM system in a small company. The main stream of the work is to describe the successful introduction of particular CRM system in a real business environment.
