Prenova informacijskega sistema projektne pisarne v podjetju Geo2 d.o.o.

Abstract

Diplomska naloga opisuje prenovo informacijskega sistema projektne pisarne podjetja Geo2 d.o.o.. Informacijski sistem je bilo potrebno popolnoma prilagoditi zahtevam, željam in potrebam podjetja Geo2 d.o.o.. Zaradi specifike dela geodetov je najbolj pomembno, da se do podatkov o projektih lahko dostopa tudi na terenu, službeni poti ali doma. Zato bo prenovljen informacijski sistem temeljil na spletni aplikaciji. Zaradi trenutnega stanja v gradbeni veji gospodarstva morajo geodetska podjetja, ki se želijo obdržati na trgu, ponujati čim bolj kvalitetne storitve. Tudi v podjetju Geo2 d.o.o. smo se, v želji po ohranitvi visoke kvalitete storitev, vprašali, na kakšen način lahko optimiziramo delovne procese. Ugotovili smo, da je najnujnejše prenove potreben informacijski sistem projektne pisarne. V nalogi je opisano trenutno stanje in narejena SWOT analiza starega sistema, opredeljene naloge novega sistema in opisano delovanje novega IS sistema projektne pisarne. Podrobno je predstavljena izvedba prenove IS sistema projektne pisarne. Na koncu je izvedena SWOT analiza novega sistema in opisana njegova uporabnost ter nadaljnje možnosti razvoja.

Secondary abstract:	This diploma thesis describes renovation of the information system for project office in Geo2 d.o.o. company. The information system needs to be entirely adapted to the of Geo2 d.o.o. company. Due to the specific nature of land surveying work, the accessibility of project data is required on the field, on a business trip or at home. The newly designed information system will be web application based. Due to the economic situation in the construction engineering branch, the land surveying companies that would like to survive on the market, have to offer high quality service. To maintain high quality service, the company started dealing with the question, how business processes could be optimized. It was decided that is the highest priority to reform the project office information system. In this thesis, we describe the present situation and make the SWOT analysis of the old system. We have also defined the tasks and functions of the new project office information system. Additionally, the work procedures supported by new project office information system is described in detail. At the end, the SWOT analysis of the new system is carried out and analysis of the system usage as well as its future possibilities of development is made.
