Sekundarni povzetek:	Suitable operations, enhancement, and racionalisation are key for a company today. Due to increasing competitive market conditions, a growing number of companies are trying to reach competitive advantage by choosing a suitable project management. As a part of a struggle for existence and reaching competitive advantage, TPV, d. d., launched a project office and a project approach which was under improvement for several years. The next step is to find the appropriate software applicable to the project approach as a whole. The company TPV, d. d., deems it vital to execute projects within a given time, costs and quality, which is why this masters thesis will assess whether the current project approach corresponds to the project approach in theory, and also find the appropriate project management software solution for project approach informatization.
