diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Kako motivirani so zaposleni v Nogometnem klubu Domžale, smo ugotavljali z raziskavo, predstavljeno v diplomskem delu.

Motivation of employees for education in Football Club Domžale |
Secondary abstract: |
Motivation, a word we hear or read about it very often. It is a word, which often appears in expert magazines, articles and literature; especially, if it is connected to human capital. It derives from the word motive and Latin word “movere”, which means to move. Motivated employees, full of knowledge and will to educate themselves are that key factor, which can be very different from company to company and essentially contributes to the success or nonsuccess of the company.
How motivated the employees of Football Club are, we were ascertaining by means of a research, presented in the thesis. The thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we presented two kinds of motivation, motives which positively influence the motivation to educate and obstacles which demotivate us in education. In the empirical part of the thesis we present the results of the research which was performed in Football Club Domžale. With the research we wanted to discover what is motivation for educating employees – more precisely: what motivates them and what represents the biggest obstacle on the way to better education i.e. knowledge.
On the basis of the research and analysis of the results at the end of the thesis we make the conclusion and pass some concrete proposals for improvements. |
