Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je opisano načrtovanje električnega dela stroja za enostransko kalibriranje plošč iz umetnih mas Rotoplast 2700D. Rotoplast je težak in robusten enostranski kalibrirni stroj s sistemom za kalibriranje plošč ali drugih elementov iz umetnih mas. Kalibriranje se izvaja z namenom pridobitve gladke in ravne površine, saj gredo plošče zatem v nadaljno obdelavo. V nalogi je opisano načrtovanje krmilnih shem z računalniškim orodjem WSCAD, ter izdelava avtomatizacije stroja. Krmilje je izvedeno s Siemensovim krmilnikom iz serije SIMATIC S7-300, ter frekvenčnimi pretvorniki Lenze. Opisano je programiranje stroja, za kar je uporabljeno računalniško orodje Siemens STEP 7. V nalogi so predstavljene električne in mehanske komponente ter njihovo vključevaje v sistem.

Secondary abstract: Thesis describes design of electrical part of machine for single side calibration of plastic plates Rotoplast 2700D. It is heavy single side calibration machine with system for calibrating plastic plates and other artificial materials. Calibration is performed for getting smooth and narrow surface, which is important for further processing of plates. Thesis also describes planning of control schemes, with program for creating designs WSCAD and automation of the machine. Control is processed by Siemens control unit SIMATIC S7-300 and frequency converter Lenze. Programing of the machine is also described, for which is used program Siemens STEP 7. In the thesis are presented electrical and mechanical components and their inclusion in the whole system.
