Abstract

Termit d. d. je srednje veliko podjetje z približno 120 zaposlenimi. Ukvarja se z izkopom in predelavo kremenčevega peska. Proizvodni program obsega proizvod oplaščenih peskov, livarskih jeder, livarska pomožna sredstva ter gradbene agregate primerne za sanacijo degradiranih površin. Celotno podjetje z izkopi vred se nahaja v Moravški dolini, uprava in proizvodnja pa v Drtiji. V vse bolj konkurenčnih časih se podjetje zaveda pomena zaposlenih in njihov vpliv na poslovno uspešnost organizacije. Bolj, ko zadovoljimo potrebe zaposlenih, bolje delajo in večji je njihov doprinos k uspešnosti podjetja. Ocenjevanje in nagrajevanje je zapleten proces na katerega vpliva mnogo faktorjev, zato smo v diplomskem delu podali teoretična izhodišča v drugem delu pa smo s pomočjo raziskave ugotavljali v kolikšni meri se zaposleni v izbranem podjetju seznanjeni z ocenjevanjem in nagrajevanjem in kako to vpliva na zaposlene. Po analizi podatkov smo podali predloge za izboljšavo oziroma smernice za uvedbo sistema za ocenjevanje in nagrajevanje zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: Termit d.d. is medium-sized enterprise with approximately 120 employees. The main activity is excavation and processing of silica sand. Production program includes producing coated sand, foundry cores, foundry extra sources and building generators appropriate for the rehabilitation of degraded areas. The whole company is located in Moravče valley; administration and production are in Drtija. In increasingly competitive times, the company recognizes the importance of employees and their impact on the financial performance of the organization. The more we satisfy the needs of employees, they work better and their contribution to company performance increases. Evaluating and rewarding process is complex and influenced by many factors, so in our thesis we presented the theoretical bases and in the second part we assessed, with the help of the research, the extent to which employees in a selected company are familiar with evaluating and rewarding, and how it affects the employees. After analysing the data we made suggestions for improvement or guidelines for the introduction of a system for evaluating and rewarding employees.
