Abstract

V sklopu diplomskega dela se posodablja kemijski regulator in nastavlja regulacijske parametre. Regulator, ki ga ima proces je zastarel, potrebno je modernizacije z modulom za zajemanje podatkov, s katerim bo nastavljanje parametrov lažje. Za regulacijo sistemov se uporablja industrijski PID regulator, ki se mu bodo nastavili optimalni prametri. Regulacija se bo izvajala na progi za reguliranje pretoka. Podatki, potrebni za nastavitev regulatorja se bodo zajeli z modulom za zajemanje podatkov in računalniško aplikacijo, ki se bo spisala v okviru projekta. Glavni cilji projekta so izdelava modula za zajemanje podatkov in nastavitev parametrov industrijskega regulatorja.

Secondary title: Setting closed-loop characteristics of a chemical system
Secondary abstract: The main focus of this Bachelor's thesis is updating chemical process controller and tuning control parameters for optimal result. Because controller, used in chemical process is outdated, it will be modernized using module for data acquisition, which will also enable easier tuning of parameters. For process control is used chemical PID controller, its purpose is to control fluid flow. Data used in parameter tuning will be acquired using new data acquisition module and computer interface application. The main goal of this thesis is to develop data acquisition system and tuning PID parameters on chemical process controller for optimal results.
