diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Mlad človek se mora dokaj hitro odločiti, katero karierno pot bo izbral za svoje življenjsko poslanstvo. Z drugimi besedami, kateri poklic bo njemu pisan na kožo in ga bo posledično z veseljem opravljal. S to odločitvijo se mlad človek opredeli za smer in stopnjo izobrazbe, ki bi mu kasneje omogočila opravljanje izbranega poklica.
Skozi diplomsko nalogo smo se posvetili mlajši generaciji stari od 15 – 29 let, ki so že zaposleni in tisti, ki so v fazi iskanja svoje prve zaposlitve.
V teoretičnem delu bomo pogledali, kakšen je položaj mladih na trgu delovne sile, opisali dejavnike, ki so ključni za zaposlitev mladih ter katere so značilnosti kategorije mladih na trgu delovne sile. Osredotočili se bomo tudi na opis metod in možnosti, ki se ponujajo mladim pri iskanju prve zaposlitve.
V empiričnem delu smo izvedli anketo med mladimi v dveh sklopih, pri čemer smo na tej osnovi pridobljene podatke statistično obdelali.
V zaključku diplomskega dela smo odgovorili na 6 raziskovalnih vprašanj, in sicer se je polovica raziskovalnih vprašanj nanašala na anketo razdeljeno mladim, ki že imajo zaposlitev, medtem ko se je druga polovica raziskovalnih vprašanj nanašala na anketo razdeljeno mladim, ki šele iščejo prvo zaposlitev. Diplomsko nalogo smo zaključili s povzetkom ugotovitev, kritično analizo in predlogi za izboljšave, s katerimi verjamemo, da bi vsaj deloma rešili velikokrat izpostavljeno problematiko mladih na trgu delovne sile tekom celotnega diplomskega dela.

Getting the first job for yung people |
Secondary abstract: |
Rather soon must a young person make a career choice that will help him find his mission in life. In other words, which profession will suit him best and he will consequently enjoy it. Making such a choice, a young person defines the course and level of education which will hopefully result in the chosen profession.
Throughout this diploma thesis we have focused on a younger generation, people from fifteen to twenty-nine years of age. Those who are already employed, as well as those who are looking for their first employment.
In the theoretical part we have looked at the situation of young people in the job market, described the crucial factors for their employment and dealt with characteristics of the young people's category in the job market. Furthermore, we have focused on the description of methods and possibilities offered to young people looking for their first employment.
In the empirical part we have carried out a survey among young people consisting of two parts. The given data has been statistically analyzed.
In the concluding part we have answered six research questions. Half of the questions were applied to the survey among young people who already have an employment and the other half to the survey among young people who are still looking for their first employment. Finally, we have concluded the thesis with a summary of findings, a critical analysis and suggestions for improvements that we think would solve the young people's employment issues at least to some degree. |
