Abstract

Uspešen sistem nagrajevanja zaposlenih v podjetju se kaže v medsebojnem sodelovanju zaposlenih in vodstva podjetja. Tako eni kot drugi morajo ta sistem razumeti, sicer lahko nerazumevanje privede do konflikta interesov, kar pa vodi v neuspešnost podjetja to pomeni, da mora biti ta sistem prilagojen značilnostim podjetja njegovim ciljem in strategijam.
