diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Motivacija je eden izmed najpomembnejših psiholoških procesov, je ključ našega delovanja za doseganje ciljev. Eden največjih izzivov vseh podjetij je prav gotovo motivacija, oziroma motivacija zaposlenih za izobraževanje s ciljem vzpostaviti takšno delovno okolje, ki bo pripomoglo k zvišanju kvalitete storitev in samih izdelkov.
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili motiviranost zaposlenih za izobraževanje v agenciji M Servis, kadrovske storitve d.o.o.. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pojme motivacije in izobraževanja zaposlenih. V drugem delu smo predstavili agencijo M Servis, kadrovske storitve d.o.o.. Na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika smo analizirali rezultate in poskušali ugotoviti motivatorje oziroma demotivatorje za izobraževanje zaposlenih v agenciji. Ugotovili smo tudi, koliko so se v podjetju izobraževali in kakšen so bile njihove želje glede dodatnega izobraževanje.

Motivation is one of the principal psychological processes, it is the key of our working process to reach goals. Motivation and employees motivation for education with goals to rach the working enviroment which help to increase the quality of products and servise are one of the biggest challenges in all comapnies.
The thesis presents employees motivation for education in agency M Servis, human resources ltd.. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part describes motivation and education of employees.
The second part presents agency M Servis, human resources ltd.. On the basis of questionnaire we analysed the results and we tried to find out motivators or demotivators for education of employees in the agency. We found out how many employees in the comany had been educated and what their wishes for additional education were. |
