Abstract

V diplomskem seminarju je bil glavni predmet proučevanj pomen zadovoljstva in motivacije med zaposlenimi na Osnovni šoli Miklavž. Za to temo smo se odločili zaradi tega, ker ima neposredni vpliv na zaposlene, le ti pa to zavestno ali nezavestno prenašajo na otroke, ki jih poučujejo. Zaradi tega je izjemno pomembno, da so v delovnem okolju zadovoljni, saj to ključno do prinaša k dobrim učnim rezultatom.

Secondary abstract: The main subject satisfaction and motivation of employees at the elementary school Miklavž. To write about this subject, we decided because it has a direct impact on employees and they consciously or unconsciously are transmitting it to the children they are teaching . For this reason, it is extremely important that the enviorment is happy , because that is very important to obtain good learning outcomes . Employees who carry about it, work positively and can motivate children to follow the curriculum.
