Abstract

Na poslovanje vsake organizacije med drugimi dejavniki pomembno vplivata organizacijska klima in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo s pregledom obstoječe literature teoretično preučili vplive omenjenih dejavnikov na poslovanje organizacije. Poleg tega smo v tem sklopu predstavili tudi kadrovsko in organizacijsko strukturo Porodnišnice Ljubljana, v kateri smo izvedli empirično raziskavo. Raziskava je bila izvedena v obliki anketnega vprašalnika na vzorcu zaposlenih v zdravstveni in babiški negi v Porodnišnici Ljubljana. Tematika vprašalnika se je nanašala na vpliv različnih dejavnikov na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Analiza rezultatov ankete je pokazala relativno nezadovoljstvo zaposlenih s plačilom za opravljeno delo ter nezadovoljstvo z možnostmi napredovanja, po drugi strani pa se je pokazalo veliko zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z medsebojnimi odnosi ter dojemanjem svojega poklica. Za zaključek so podani predlogi možnih rešitev za odpravo ugotovljenih dejavnikov nezadovoljstva zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: Organisational climate and satisfaction of employees are important factors in each organisation's business. First part of thesis includes theoretical overview of organisational climate and satisfaction of employees and their influence on business operation. Also organisational and personnel structure of Porodnišnica Ljubljana in which empirical research was conducted was presented in this part. The research was conducted in a form of a survey on a sample of personnel in Porodnišnica Ljubljana. The main goal of the survey was to identify how different factors influence satisfaction of employees. Analysis of the survey results shows employees' dissatisfaction with their salary and options for their promotion. On the other hand results show high satisfaction with interpersonal relationships and with perception of their job. In the last part of the thesis we stated proposals which could eliminate some of the reasons for employees' dissatisfaction with their work.
