Abstract

V današnjem času, ko so spremembe postale stalnica in je stres postal del vsakdanjega življenja, mora management v podjetjih še posebej skrbeti za dobro klimo in zadovoljstvo svojih zaposlenih. Že ob prvem vstopu v prostor namreč občutimo klimo in vzdušje, kar nam ogromno pove o usposobljenosti, izobraženosti in motiviranosti kadra v organizaciji. V teoretičnem delu bomo predstavili podrobnosti organizacijske klime, kaj je, katere dimenzije organizacijske klime poznamo, kako je organizacijska klima povezana z organizacijsko kulturo in zadovoljstvom zaposlenih, kako jo preučujemo in merimo ter kako se le ta lahko spreminja. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela predstavimo igralni salon oziroma igralnico Casino Drive-in, in s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, povzetega po projektu SiOK, ugotavljamo organizacijsko klimo v igralnici Casino Drive-in. V tretjem delu sledita predstavitev rezultatov ankete ter interpretacija rezultatov. Na koncu naloge pa še podamo predloge za izboljšave organizacijske klime v organizaciji.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays when changes and stress have become a constant feature of our daily lives, companies must take special care in ensuring a good climate and satisfaction for their employees. When we first enter a space, we can already feel both the climate and atmosphere which tell us a lot about the abilities, education and motivation of staff within an organization. The theoretical part will feature details about the organizational climate, what it is, which dimensions there are, how it is connected with the organizational culture and employee's satisfaction, how it is examined and measured and how it can change. The empirical part of this thesis will feature a presentation of the Casino Drive-in. With the help of a questionnaire inspired by the project SiOK, we analyse the organizational climate in the Casino Drive-in. The third part includes the presentation of the questionnaire results and their interpretation. Finally, the thesis concludes with suggestions for improving the organizational climate within the organization.
