Abstract

Za podjetje je ključnega pomena, da so njegovi zaposleni aktivno vključeni v sam delovni proces, saj bodo lahko le tako s svojim znanjem, izkušnjami in drugimi vrlinami aktivno sodelovali pri uspešnem poslovanju podjetja in njegovem trajnostnem razvoju. Sistemizacija delovnih mest v podjetju je ključnega pomena za vodstvo podjetja, saj predstavlja osnovno organizacijsko orodje, s katerim lahko le-ta izvaja ključne delovne procese upravljanja, kadrovanja in načrtovanja dela v sami organizaciji. Vodstvo podjetja Wolpar d.o.o. je zaradi povečanega obsega dela in posledično povečanega števila zaposlenih bilo primorano vzpostaviti učinkovit sistem, ki bo omogočal pregled nad posameznimi delovnimi procesi in nalogami posameznikov. V ta namen smo oblikovali ključne cilje in naloge, ki smo jih želeli skozi pripravo diplomske naloge razdelati in s pomočjo katerih bi lahko oblikovali ključen dokument, Akt o sistemizaciji delovnih mest. Cilj diplomske naloge je bil pripraviti dokument sistemizacije delovnih mest, ki bo vključeval zahtevane kompetence za posamezno delovno mesto. S tem smo želeli povečati učinkovitost v podjetju, izboljšati pretok informacij in nalog med vodstvom in zaposlenimi ter izboljšati postopek zaposlovanja novih kadrov. V okviru diplomske naloge smo tako za vodstvo podjetja Wolpar d.o.o. oblikovali predloge in opise posameznih delovnih mest ter pripravili predlog organizacijske strukture delovanja podjetja. Prav tako smo na podlagi zbranih informacij in teoretičnih osnov pripravili predlog akta o sistemizaciji delovnih mest, ki ga bo vodstvo podjetja implementiralo v svoje poslovanje.

Secondary abstract: It is crucial that the company’s employees are actively involved in the work process itself , as this is the only way of using their knowledge , experience and other virtues to participate actively in the company’s operations and its sustainable development. The systematization of workplaces is crucial to the company's management , as it represents the basic organizational tool for process management, human resources and planning. Due to the increased workload and the constant increase of employees ,the management of Wolpar d.o.o. had to establish an effective system that will allow an overview of work processes and tasks of individuals . For this purpose, we developed key goals and key tasks, which will be shown later in detail and the act of systemization of workplaces document. The objective of this thesis was to prepare a document, the act of systemization of workplaces, which will include all required competencies for each workplace. The thought behind this was to increase effectiveness, improve the flow of information and tasks between the management and the employees, as well as to improve the process of hiring new employees. Within the thesis we created templates and descriptions of individual workplaces and prepared a proposal on the organizational structure for the company. Based on the collected information and the theory, we prepared a proposal of the act, which will be implemented in the business.
