Abstract

Izbira novega sodelavca je zahteven postopek. Napačna odločitev lahko zelo obremeni majhno podjetje. V majhnem podjetju z nekaj zaposlenimi lahko napačna odločitev kritično vpliva na poslovanje, še posebej pri vodstvenih in strokovnih delavcih. Prav zato se moramo planiranja, selekcije in dokončne izbire lotiti nadvse resno. Jasno in natančno moramo opredeliti dela in naloge, vlogo in odgovornosti, sposobnosti, znanja, strokovnost, izkušnje, kompetence, potrebne za uspešno opravljanje dela, premisliti način pridobivanja kadrov in izbirnega postopka. V tem diplomskem delu smo poleg omenjenih vidikov dokaj podrobno raziskali različne vrste oziroma oblike zaposlovanja in dela, ki bi bile najbolj primerne za majhno podjetje. Opravili smo primerjalno analizo stroškov dela, ki bremenijo delodajalca in opredelili tudi kvalitativno primerjavo. Preizkusili smo veljavnost treh hipotez. Na osnovi izsledkov empirične raziskave smo se odločili za varianto zaposlitve novega delavca, ki je po našem mnenju optimalna.

Secondary abstract: Choosing a new member of staff is a demanding procedure. If the wrong choice is made, it can burden a small company with a few employees. It can critically impact its operations, especially in connection with the executives and professional workers. Therefore, one must take the planning, selection and final choice seriously. Work and duties, roles and responsibilities, skills, knowledge, experience and competences, which are required for carrying out the work, have to be defined. Moreover, the way of acquiring the staff as well as the selection process need to be considered. Next to the above mentioned aspects, this diploma thesis thoroughly researches different forms of employment and work that are appropriate for the small company. The comparative analysis of the labor costs, which burden the employer, was carried out, the qualitative comparison was defined and three hypotheses were tested. Based on the results of the empirical research, the most optimal process for hiring new employees was chosen.
