diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management delovnih procesov
Abstract
Potreba po stalnem izboljševanju kakovosti izdelkov ali storitev je nastala zaradi močne konkurence na trgu, hitrega razvoja in predvsem vse večjih zahtev kupcev. Cilj vsakega podjetja je uspeti in to lahko dosežejo le s tem, da ponudijo kupcu dober/kakovosten izdelek. Pri zagotavljanju kakovosti so jim v veliko pomoč različna statistična in nestatistična orodja in ISO standard.
Namen diplomskega dela je bila analiza kakovosti izdelave tiskanega vezja v podjetju Intec Tiv d.o.o. V prvem, teoretičnem delu, smo v grobem razložili, kaj so kakovost, standardizacija in standardi kakovosti, TQM, orodja managementa kakovosti, nestandardizirani sistemi obvladovanja kakovosti in AQL. Proizvodnja temelji na principu serijske proizvodnje in skupinske (procesne) razmestitve, kjer so prvi kosi vsake operacije ključnega pomena za zagotavljanje kakovosti celotnega procesa. V empiričnem delu smo se osredotočili na podjetje Intec Tiv d.o.o. in podrobno opisali postopek izdelave tiskanega vezja ter ključni metodi, ki jih podjetje uporablja za zagotavljanje kakovosti (prvi kosi in končna kontrola).

The need for constant improvement of the quality of the products or services is a result of the strong competition on the market, the rapid development and mostly all the major requirements of customers. The goal of every business is to succeed and this can be achieved only to offer customer good-quality product. Various statistical and non-statistical tools and ISO standard are a great help for quality assurance.
The purpose of the study was to analyze the quality of the manufacturing process of printed circuit boards at Intec Tiv d.o.o. In the first, theoretical part, we have roughly explained what are the quality, standardisation and quality standards, TQM, tools of quality management, non-standardized quality management systems and AQL. The production is based on the principle of serial production, the group (process) layout, where the first pieces of individual operations are key for ensuring the quality of the entire production process. The empirical part firstly describes the whole process of production of printed circuit boards. Below, the two key methods are defined, through which quality is checked during the process and at the end. This is a way to prevent the production and delivery of non-conforming products. These two methods are: the method of "first piece" and final control. |
