Abstract

V diplomski nalogi preučujemo absentizem in fluktuacijo v podjetju Kovan d.o.o. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov. V prvem, teoretičnem delu, smo opisali nekatere pojme in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na uspešnost kadrov, glede na tematiko pa posebej problem absentizma in fluktuacije. V drugem, empiričnem delu, smo predstavili manjše podjetje Kovan d.o.o. iz Kočevja. V raziskavo smo vključili tudi anketni vprašalnik, ki so ga izpolnili vsi zaposleni v omenjenem podjetju. Anketo smo prvič izvedli v letu 2013 in ponovno v letu 2015. V raziskavi nas je predvsem zanimalo, kakšna je stopnja absentizma in fluktuacije za omenjeni leti. Z anketo med zaposlenimi smo poizvedovali o nekaterih pomembnih dejavnikih motivacije in zadovoljstva pri delu. V povezavi z omenjeno tematiko smo si zastavili pet hipotez in preverjali njihovo veljavnost. V zaključku predlagamo nekaj splošnih rešitev.

Secondary abstract: This work studies absenteeism and turnover in the Kovan d.o.o. company. The work consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical. Some terms and factors that influence the performance of the staff are presented, especially those, that affect problem of absenteeism and turnover. In the second, empirical part, we present a small company, Kovan d.o.o. from Kočevje, Slovenia. The research includes the questionnaire, that was filled in by all employees of the company. There were two polls, in 2013 and again in 2015. We wanted to learn more about the level of absenteeism and turnover for these two years. We also wanted to find out more about some important factors that have positive influence to the motivation and satisfaction of the staff. Five hypotheses were set and their validity analysed. In the end some general solutions are offered.
