Abstract

V visokošolskem delu izpostavljam le poglavja znotraj različnih faz izdelave geodetskega načrta, pri katerih so mnenja ločena. Tako naloga predstavi in obrazloži možne tehnične rešitve za popolnost opisnih podatkov v certifikatu, predstavi težave, ki jih povzročajo razlike med transformacijami in poda rešitve za podrobnejšo razvrstitev podatkov o gospodarski javni infrastrukturi. Pri podatkih zemljiškega katastra se predstavi kompleksnejši primer priprave podatkov s kar največ možnimi izboljšavami. Opiše možne uporabe in postopek izdelave 3D modela terena. Dotakne pa se tudi minimalne standardizacije notranje strukture digitalne oblike geodetskega načrta in vodenja le-teh v bazah podatkov.

Secondary title: Issues of land survey plan
Secondary abstract: This university paper focuses primarily on the chapters within various phases of land survey plan production, where separate opinions apply. The paper presents and explains possible technical solutions for the completeness of descriptive data in a certificate, presents issues arising from the differences among transformations and introduces solutions for a more detailed data classification of utility infrastructure. With land register data, a more complex example of data preparation with as many possible improvements is presented. Possible usage and procedure of making a 3D terrain model is described. The paper also briefly deals with the minimal standardization of the inner structure of a digital form of a land survey plan and their management in databases.
