Abstract
Vsebina diplomskega dela se nanaša na zbirko slikanic Lucy Cousins o miški Minki. Cilj diplomskega dela je predstavitev zbirke slikanic o miški Minki in kako spodbujati branje v vrtcu ter razvijati otrokovo veselje in zanimanje po samostojnem prebiranju slikanic. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega dela, v katerem je zapisana definicija slikanice, vloga vzgojiteljev in staršev pri prebiranju pravljic/slikanic ter kratek življenjepis avtorice Lucy Cousins. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela so zapisane analize posameznih slikanic glede na besedilo in ilustracije. Te slikanice so: Minka pozna barve, Minka v avtobusu, Lahko noč, Minka, Minka peče piškote, Vse najboljše Minka, Minka gre na zabavo v maskah, Minka na kmetiji, Minka v kopalnici in Minka se kopa. Sledi analiza devetih slikanic, ki so bile predstavljene otrokom, in zabeležen je njihov odziv. Zapisali pa smo tudi analizo risanke, ki smo jo gledali v vrtcu.

The whole contents of this thesis refer to the collection of the picture books featuring Maisy Mouse by Lucy Cousins. The aim of the thesis is to present the Maisy Mouse picture book collection and to develop children's enthusiasm and interest in reading. By developing their interest and enthusiasm we encourage independent reading in nursery school. The theoretical part of the thesis comprises the definition of the term picture book, the role of nursery school teachers and parents in reading fairy tales and picture books and a short biography of the author, Lucy Cousins. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the analyses of individual books according to text and illustration. It comprises the following works: Maisy's Colours; Maisy Drives the Bus; Sweet Dreams, Maisy; Maisy Makes Gingerbread; Happy Birthday Maisy; Maisy Dresses Up; Maisy at the Farm; Splish - splash Maisy; Maisy Takes a Bath. All nine picture books presented to the children have been analysed and their response has been recorded. We have also noted the analysis of the cartoon which the children watched in nursery school. |
