Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo predstavili talent management kot eno izmed sodobnih metod razvoja človeških virov. Magistrsko delo obsega naslednja poglavja: uvod, teoretični del, empirični del, perspektivni del in sklep.
V uvodnem delu magistrskega dela smo podrobnejše opisali področje in opredelili raziskovalni problem, predstavili smo namen, cilje in raziskovalne hipoteze, predpostavke in omejitve raziskave kot tudi predvidene metode raziskovanja.
V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili najpomembnejša teoretična izhodišča s področja talent managementa. Cilj nam je bil predstaviti relevantna teoretična stališča glede talent managementa kot tudi managementa človeških virov in razvoja človeških virov. V magistrskem delu smo tudi poskusili odgovoriti na vprašanje, kdo je to talent, predstavili smo najpomembnejše pristope k talent managementu, vrste talent managementa, ključne aspekte in komponente talent managementa. Poskusili smo tudi ugotoviti, kakšen je odnos med talent managementom in drugimi metodami razvoja človeških virov.
V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili rezultate raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli v storitvenih podjetjih na območju Podravske regije v Sloveniji. Cilj je bil ugotoviti percepcijo človeških virov glede pomembnosti različnih dimenzij talent managementa, kot tudi ugotoviti oceno dejanskega stanja razvoja talent managementa v storitvenih organizacijah na območju Podravske regije. Hkrati smo želeli ugotoviti razlike v ocenah različnih dimenzij talent managementa (privabljanje talentov, razvoj talentov in ohranjevanje talentov) glede na sociodemografski profil. Ugotovili smo, da med ocenami pomembnosti in dejanskega stanja razvoja talent managementa obstajajo statistično značilne razlike.
V perspektivnem delu magistrskega dela smo podali nekaj napotkov glede nadaljnjega razvoja talent managementa na območju Podravske regije kot tudi na območju celotne Slovenije.
V sklepu magistrskega dela so strnjeno predstavljene najpomembnejše ugotovitve iz celotnega dela.

In master thesis we presented talent management, as one of conemporary methos of human resources development. Master thesis has these chapters: Introduction, Teoretical chapter, Empirical chapter, Perspective chapter and Conclusion.
In Introduction, we described field and defined research problem, we presented purpose, aims and research hipothesis, research assumptions and limitations and also research methods.
In theoretical part of the master thesis we presented the most important theoretical ideals of talent management field. Our aim was to present relevant theoretical views about talent management, and also about human resources management and human resirces development. In master thesisi we also tried to give answer to the question what is talent, we present the most important approaches, kinds of talent management, crucial aspects and talent management components. We also tried to investigate relation between talent anagement and the other ethods of human resources develpment.
In empricial part of the master thesis, we present research results, conducted in service organizations in Podravska region of Slovenia. The aim was to investigate human resources perception about talent management dimensions importance, and also to investigate the level of actual talent management development in Podravska region service organizations. We also investigated differences in level of different talent management dimensions (Recruting talent, Talent development, Maintaining talent) accordiong to different socio-demographic characteristics. We found statistical important differences between scores for talent management importance and talent management actual development.
In perspective part of the master thesis we presented some instructions for talent management development in Podravska region and Slovenia.
In Conclusion we shortly presented the most important findings of the whole thesis. |
