Abstract

Funkcija stroja, ki je predmet diplomske naloge, je razvrščanje kosov perutninskega mesa glede na željeni interval mase oziroma v gramaturne razrede z dinamičnim tehtanjem visoke prepustnosti. Stroj je bil zaradi okvare krmilnega dela in dotrajanosti merilnega podsistema potreben celovite prenove. Nedelovanje stroja je povzročalo v procesu precej zastojev, zato je bilo nujno potrebno najti ustrezno rešitev. Zahteva za prenovo je bila, da se funkcionalnost stroja ohrani ali izboljša, pri tem pa se ne povzroči zmanjšanje pretoka mesa ali zniža točnost meritev. Operativna zahteva je bila, da se zanesljivost delovanja poveča, da se izberejo standardni industrijski vgradni elementi, ki bodo omogočali enostavnejše in tako hitrejše ter cenejše vzdrževanje.

Secondary abstract: The subject of this thesis is the renovation of an industrial machine, whose primary function is sorting pieces of poultry meat depending on the desired weight ranges or classes using dynamic weighing with high permeability. The complete renovation of the machine was needed due to a malfunction of the control unit and poor performance of the measurement subsystem. The malfunction was causing a lot of congestion and delays in production, therefore it was necessary to develop an adequate solution. A request for renewal was made to maintain or improve the functionality of the machine, without a reduction of meat flow or accuracy decrease of the measurements. A key operational requirement was that the reliability increases and that standardized industrial parts are chosen, allowing for simpler, faster and cheaper future maintenance.
