Abstract

S pomočjo metod časovne in frekvenčne domene smo izračunali HRV.

Secondary title: CIRCADIAN BIOOGICAL DAY-NIGHT RHYTHMS AND HEART RATE VARIABILITY
Secondary abstract: Dissertation describes what the heart rate variability (HRV) is. We describe the link between HRV and various diseases. We discovered how the HRV changes in day-night time. The study included five healthy subjects aged between 21 and 34 years of which 2 were females and 3 male. Volunteers had 24 hour ECG (Holter monitor) and recorded 120 hours of data, or 502 587 heart beats. Using the methods of the time and frequency domain we calculated the HRV. The results showed that the subjects who had a restless sleep or postpone the sleep also had deviations in the value of the circadian index. We have also found that the causes for the reduced value of standard deviation of the RR intervals (SDNN) were stressful situations. We have confirmed that the physical activity activate the sympathetic nervous system and decreases the activity of the parasympathetic nervous system, and consequently increase the heart rate. During the rest after exercise, the heart rate returns to baseline as a result of parasympathetic reactivation. The non-invasive method of HRV, we have identified risk factors for cardiovasscular diseases.
