Abstract
Dandanes je kakovost postala pomemben dejavnik tako z vidika uporabnikov, kot ponudnikov. Najenostavneje bi kakovost lahko označili kot skupek lastnosti nekega proizvoda oziroma storitve. Načeloma naj bi veljalo, da so izdelki z boljšimi lastnostmi, večjo uporabnostjo in manjšo možnostjo za okvaro bolj kakovostni od ostalih. Vendar pa temu ni vedno tako, saj kakovost velja za zelo specifičen pojem, ki ga različni ljudje različno dojemajo. To je opazno tudi na področju mobilne telefonije. Uporabniki lahko isto storitev ali mobilni telefon vrednotijo povsem drugače.

. Nowdays, quality has become an important factor in terms of both users and providers. The easiest way quality can be described is as a set of characteristics of a product or service. In principle the products or services with better features, better usability and less chance of failure posesses higher quality than others. However, this is not always the case, because the quality is considered as a very specific concept. This means that different people have different perceptions about quality issue and is also evident in the field of mobile telephony. Users can use the same service or cell phone, but value it quite differently. |
