Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja uporabo strojnega vida robotskega sistema Fanuc M-1iA za lokalizacijo in razpoznavanje baterij. V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili predvsem na lokalizacijo in razpoznavo baterij za uporabo v aplikacijah ločevanja baterij. Raziskali smo, kakšni so vplivi podlage, na kateri sistem s kamero razpoznava izbrane baterije in ugotovili, da je izbrana podlaga odvisna od uporabljene kamere in predmeta, ki bo na tej podlagi. Raziskali in preizkusili smo tudi vpliv svetlobe na zaznavanje baterij tako, da smo dobili optimalno osvetljenost za čim bolj kvalitetno sliko baterij. Pri osvetljevanju smo prišli do ugotovitve, da lahko ob napačni postavitvi osvetljevalnih luči pride do velikih motenj pri razpoznavi objekta. Da smo dosegli čim boljše razpoznavanje, smo morali raziskati in ustrezno nastaviti tudi določene parametre v programskem paketu Fanuc iRVision, ki vplivajo na sam rezultat razpoznavanja baterij. Tem parametrom smo določili različne vrednosti in uporabili tiste, ki so nam prinesle najboljši rezultat. Robotski sistem smo uspešno naučili razpoznavanja baterij za namen aplikacije ločevanja baterij.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the usage of machine vision of Fanuc M-1iA robot system for localization and recognition batteries. In this thesis, we focused on localization and recognizing batteries for use in application for battery sorting. We studied what the effects of the basis, on which camera system identifies the selected battery and found out that the type of basis depends on the camera and the subject, which will be on this basis. We studied and tested what is the impact of light on detection batteries so that we get optimal illumination for the highest quality of the picture of batteries. At illumination we came to conclusion that the incorrect positioning of the illumination lights leads to significant disturbances at detection of object. That we achieved best possible detection, we had to explore and properly configure the certain parameters in software Fanuc iRVision that effects on the result of detection batteries. We determined different values for this parameters and use those who gave us best result. We successfully learned the robot system for localization and recognition batteries for use in application of battery sorting.
