Abstract

Diplomska naloga prikazuje uporabo industrijskega krmilnika z dodanim analognim razširitvenim modulom pri zaprto-zančnem vodenju elektro-hidravličnega sistema. Na začetku je opisan elektro-hidravlični sistem, predstavljene so posamezne komponente in opisan njihov namen ter delovanje. Sistem je nato matematično opisan. Matematični opis je bil podlaga za razvoj simulacijskih modelov sistema. Analiza dinamičnega obnašanja sistema je bila izvedena s pomočjo simulacijskih modelov v programskem okolju Matlab Simulink. Po končani analizi je bil določen tip in parametri uporabljenega PID regulatorja. Opisan je regulacijski program in osnovni postopki programiranja. Na koncu so prikazani laboratorijski eksperimenti in pridobljeni rezultati ter spoznanja.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis demonstrates the use of an industrial controller with additional analog expansion module, for closed-loop control of an electro-hydraulic system. At the beginning electro-hydraulic system is described, components are presented, and their purpose and function is described. The system is then mathematicly described and was the basis for development of simulation models for the control system. Analysis of the dynamic behavior of the system was made with simulation models in Matlab Simulink. After completing the analysis, the type and parameters for used PID controller were determined. The control program is described and presented as the basic procedure for controller programming. At the end, laboratory experiment, results and observations are presented.
