Abstract

V podjetju, kjer izdelujemo zadnje avtomobilske luči za prestižnejše znamke vozil, je prišlo do ideje, da bi v obstoječo proizvodno linijo vpeljali tudi industrijsko robotsko roko. Potrebno je bilo zadostili kriterijem, kot sta taktni čas linije in kakovost. Sledila je predelava robotske celice. Na industrijsko robotsko roko smo namestili izvor plazme, na delovno mizo pa na novo skonstruirana ležišča. Ker prejšnji stroj ni imel krmilnika PLK, je bilo potrebno dodati tudi tega ter narediti program za krmiljenje stroja in komunikacijo med strojem in robotom. V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno, kako je ta celica nastala in izzivi, ki so nam prišli naproti.

Secondary abstract: Our company develops and produces automotive rear lights for luxury car brands. We have come to idea of introducing an industrial robotic arm to the existing production line. It was necessary to meet different criteria such as time of the production line and quality. The next step was to modify the robotic cell. A plasma source was placed on the industrial robotic arm and the newly constructed bed for lights was added to work desk. Since the previous machine had no PLK, it was necessary to add one. We made a machine control program and communication between the machine and the robot. The study presents you the development of this cell along with all the challenges we came across in the process
