Abstract
Naš namen je bilo predstaviti problem trpinčenja na delovnem mestu na način, ki bo razumljiv tako za posameznika, ki tega področja še na pozna, kot tudi za tiste druge, ki so ta pojem spoznali že v preteklosti. Trpinčenje na delovnem mestu predstavlja problem tako za zaposlene kot vodilne v organizaciji. Prvi del je teoretičen in v njem smo spoznali pojem trpinčenja na delovnem mestu, njegove oblike, vrste in dejanja.
Spoznali smo razvojne faze, ki vodijo v trpinčenje na delovnem mestu. Opredelili smo vzroke in posledice trpinčenja na delovnem mestu za posameznika, sodelavce, organizacijo in družbo ter predstavili načine in ukrepe za preprečevanje tega pojava.
Predstavili smo nekaj osnovnih preventivnih ukrepov, ki nas lahko zavarujejo pred pojavom trpinčenja. Spoznali smo tudi pravne predpise in člene, ki urejajo področje tega problema v slovenski zakonodaji. V drugem delu smo se posvetili raziskovanju pojava trpinčenja na delovnem mestu v javnem sektorju. Raziskali smo, ali delavci sploh poznajo pojav trpinčenja in če po njihovem mnenju vodilni za preprečitev tega pojava storijo dovolj.
Z raziskavo smo želeli doprinesti k višji ozaveščenosti ljudi o pojavu trpinčenja na delovnem mestu. Problem smo želeli predstaviti na preprost način, vse od njegovih začetkov do kasnejših faz. Opozorili smo na to, kako pomembno je, da ljudje težave in konflikte v svojem delovnem okolju rešujejo že v začetkih fazah, saj lahko kasnejše soočanje s posledicami predstavlja prevelik problem za psihično in fizično zdravje vseh vpletenih.
Ob tem pa smo želeli v raziskovalnem delu odkriti, kako razširjen je pojav trpinčenja na delovnem mestu v javni upravi, kako dobro zaposleni poznajo trpinčenje, če poznajo vzroke in ukrepe proti trpinčenju, ter delovno-pravno ureditev tega pojava. Ob tem smo raziskali tudi koliko sodelujočih se je že soočilo s trpinčenjem kot priča oz. žrtev, kako so reagirali in katere posledice trpinčenja so opazili ali se z njimi kot žrtve soočili.

It was our purpose to present the problem of mobbing at the working place in a way that will be understandable for an individual, who does not yet know the field, as well as for the others who learnt about this conception in the past. Mobbing at the working place represents a problem for the employees and also for the executives in the organization. The first part is theoretical; there, we discovered the conception of mobbing at the working place, its forms, types and actions.
We learnt about the developmental phases that lead into the mobbing at the working place. We defined the causes and consequences at the working place for the individual, co-workers, organization and the society, and present the methods and measures in order to prevent such phenomenon.
We presented some basic preventive measures which can protect us against the phenomenon of mobbing. We learnt some legal regulations and articles that regulate the field of this problem in Slovenian legislation. In the second part we dedicated ourselves to the research of the phenomenon of mobbing at the working place in the public sector. We researched if the workers know the phenomenon of mobbing at all and if the executives do enough in order to prevent this phenomenon, according to their opinion.
By research we wanted to contribute to greater awareness of the people on the phenomenon of mobbing at the working position. We wanted to present the problem in a simple manner from its beginnings to late stages. We warned how important it is that people solve the problems and conflicts in their working environment in early stages, for later confrontation with the consequences can represent too big problem for psychological and physical health of all the involved.
In addition, in our research work we wanted to discover how spread is the phenomenon of mobbing at the working position in the public administration, how well the employees know the mobbing, if they know the causes and measures, and labor legislation in connection with this phenomenon. In addition, we researched also how many participants also confronted mobbing as a witness or a victim, how they reacted and which consequences of mobbing they noticed of confronted with them as victims. |
