Povzetek
V današnjem času, ko ljudje preživimo veliko časa na svojih delovnih mestih, smo priča različnim vrstam nasilja. V času težkih bitk organizacij za deleže na trgu se pritiski na delovnih mestih zelo povečujejo in zaposleni se posledično srečujejo z bolj stresnimi okoliščinami, kot je bilo to v preteklosti.
Pričujoče diplomsko delo je osredotočeno na raziskovanje družbeno neželenih pojavov na delovnem mestu oziroma t. i. mobingom v javni upravi Republike Slovenije; z drugimi besedami to pomeni nasilje na delovnem mestu. Zaradi mobinga je pogosto prizadeto dostojanstvo delavca kot tudi njegova samopodoba, možne so trajne psihične posledice, lahko je izrinjen iz delovnega mesta ali celo delovnega razmerja.V prvem delu so predstavljena teoretična izhodišča za oblikovanje definicije mobinga, osnovni pojmi, ki so povezani z njim, njegove pojavne oblike ter vzroki za nastanek. V nadaljevanju se poglobimo v posledice, vlogo žrtve in vlogo storilca mobinga ter ukrepe in prevencijo za preprečevanje. V raziskovalnem delu nas je zanimal pojav mobinga v javni upravi oziroma med javnimi uslužbenci. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da so javni uslužbenci seznanjeni z izrazom mobing in da z veseljem opravljajo svoje delo, vendar so najbolj nezadovoljni z delovnim okoljem in samimi pogoji za delo. Najbolj zastrašujoč pa je podatek, da jih kar petina meni, da zaposleni ne rešujejo konfliktov in sporov.

Nowadays, people spend a lot of their time at work, where they witness different kinds of violence. In the never-ending competition between organizations for a share of the market, pressures in the workplace have been greatly increasing. Consequently, employees have been experiencing higher levels of stress in the workplace than in the past.The thesis focuses on researching socially adverse situations in the workplace, or the so-called mobbing (in other words violence in the workplace) in the public administration of the Republic of Slovenia. Mobbing can often negatively affect an individual's dignity and his/her self-image. It can also have permanent psychological effects and can result in exclusion from the workplace or even termination of employment.The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical basis for forming the definition of mobbing, informs about basic concepts connected with mobbing, describes possible forms of mobbing and explains the reasons for its occurrence. The second part of the thesis closely examines the consequences of mobbing, the roles of the victim and the perpetrator, as well as the measures taken to prevent such violence in the workplace. The research part of the thesis focuses on the occurrence of mobbing in public administration and among the employees of the public sector. The research shows that public sector employees are familiar with the term mobbing and happily do their job, however, the things they are dissatisfied with the most are working environment and working conditions. The most alarming discovery of the research is the opinion of a fifth of the employees, who believe conflicts and arguments among staff members are not being addressed. |
