Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je preučeno zaprtozančno vodenje servo-hidravličnega pogona s pomočjo industrijskega krmilnika; izpeljana sta matematični model in računalniška simulacija dinamičnega obnašanja. Izvedena je analiza procesa in izbira regulatorja. Eksperimentalni rezultati kažejo, da lahko s pomočjo krmilnika Siemens S7-1200 ob ustrezni razširitvi zadovoljivo izvedemo regulacijo pomika elektro-hidravličnega servo-sistema, čeprav krmilnik v osnovi temu ni namenjen.

Secondary abstract: The diploma evaluates the close loop control of a servo-hydraulic servo-system with help of an industrial control unit. A mathematical model and a computer simulation have been carried out. Moreover, the analysis of stability and the selection of the regulator have been performed. Although it is not its main purpose, the experimental results have confirmed that an appropriately upgraded control unit Siemens S7-1200 insures a satisfying movement regulation of the electro-hydraulic servo-system.
