Abstract

S pojavom in razvojem interneta in IKT, so se pojavile možnosti za razvoj in napredek na nešteto področjih. Tehnologija je velike spremembe prinesla tudi za pedagoge in študente, učne metode in cilje ter začela spreminjati namen univerz. V diplomski nalogi bomo predstavili izobraževalno tehnologijo, koncept e-učenja, virtualna učna okolja in lestvice za merjenje uporabniške izkušnje. Največjo pozornost bomo namenili LMS učnim platformam. Raziskali bomo, kakšne so trenutne izkušnje visokošolskih institucij in študentov z LMS-i ter iskali pomanjkljivosti med trenutnimi LMS-i in spremembami, ki so potrebne za preboj nove generacije digitalnih učnih okolij.

Secondary abstract: With the advent and the initial development of the internet and ICT, many new possibilities for progress and further development in countless fields have been made possible. The technology has also brought about great changes for teachers and students, teaching methods and goals, and has started to change the purpose of universities. In this thesis, we will present educational technology, concepts of e-learning, virtual learning environments and scales for measuring the user’s experience. We will devote most of our attention to LMS learning platforms. We will also research the current experiences higher education institutions and students have with LMS and search for deficiencies or disadvantages of the current LMS and changes needed for the advances of the new generation of digital learning environments.
