Abstract

Redni letni razgovor je pomemben sestavni del vodenja v vsaki organizaciji. To je vnaprej načrtovan pogovor med vodjo in sodelavcem in je podlaga za ocenjevanje delovne uspešnosti zaposlenih. Na rednem letnem razgovoru naj bi zaposleni izrazili svoja mnenja in ideje, vodje pa bi bolje spoznali svoje sodelavce in prisluhnili njihovim predlogom. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo opredelili, kaj je redni letni razgovor. Nato smo opisali njegov namen in cilj, vsebino, potek ter pripravo nanj. V nadaljevanju pa smo predstavili Urgentni kirurški blok. V praktičnem delu diplomske naloge smo raziskovali, kako se zaposleni (medicinske sestre, zdravstveni tehniki, bolničarke in zdravstvene administratorke) Urgentnega kirurškega bloka Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra Ljubljana pripravijo na redni letni razgovor in kako le-ta poteka. Analizirali smo različne tematske vsebine rednega letnega razgovora, ki vključujejo možnost napredovanja in izobraževanja, izboljšanje delovnih pogojev, odnos vodje do zaposlenih in pričakovanja zaposlenih po opravljenem rednem letnem razgovoru.

Secondary abstract: The annual performance review is an important part of managing any organization. This is a pre-planned conversation between a section leader and an employee and it forms the basis for evaluating the employee`s performance. During the review, the employees express their opinions and ideas while the leaders are better acquainted with their associates and listen to their proposals. In the theoretical part we define the annual performance review. Then we describe its purpose and its objectives, the content, its course and preparation for it. Further we present the Surgical Emergency Unit. In the practical part of the diploma work, we investigated the results of the opinion poll indicating how the employees (nurses, medical technicians, medical attendants and health administrators) of the Surgical Emergency Unit of the Ljubljana University Medical Centre prepare themselves for the annual performance review and how the latter runs along. Further, we analysed the response on the different thematic contents of the annual performance review, which among other things included the possibility of promotion and education of the employees, improvement of their working conditions, the relationship of the heads to the employees and employees' expectations after completion of the regular annual interview.
