Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljena rekonstrukcija podvozja gradbene mulde prikolice Gravis 2000, ki jo proizvaja podjetje Farmtech d.o.o. Obstoječe podvozje na prikolici omejuje uporabnike pri delovni hitrosti in težje prenaša dinamične obremenitve. Zato smo analizirali tri podvozja iz tehničnega in finančnega stališča, ter izbrali novo, katero bomo uporabili na prikolici. Predstavljen je postopek rekonstrukcije elementov na prikolici, katere smo morali spremeniti zaradi novih dimenzij podvozja. Zaradi drugačnega načina vpetja novega podvozja na prikolico, smo še vključili dinamične vplive, na podlagi katerih smo določili največje sile, ki se pojavijo na mestih vpetja novega podvozja. Tako smo lahko za uporabljene vijake, predpisali silo prednapetja in potrebni moment privijanja, pri montaži podvozja na prikolico. Na koncu smo izvedli finančno analizo, katera je pokazala najbolj ugodno in primerno rešitev za podjetje. V zaključku pa smo iz analize rezultatov, podali ideje za nadaljnje delo.

Secondary abstract: The master’s thesis presents the reconstruction of the chassis of a heavy-duty dump tipper Gravis 2000, produced by the company Farmtech d.o.o. The existing chassis of the trailer restricts users at operating velocity and handles dynamic loads harder. Therefore, we analysed three chassis from a technical and financial point of view, and selected a new one, which will be used on the trailer. The thesis presents the procedure of the reconstruction of elements on the trailer, which needed to be changed in order to fit the new dimensions of the chassis. Due to the distinct type of mounting of the new chassis to the trailer, we also included dynamic effects, based on which we determined the highest forces that occur in places of the mounting of the new chassis. We were thereby able to determine the force of the pretention for the screws used and the necessary tightening torque for the mounting of the chassis to the trailer. In the end, we conducted a financial analysis that showed the most favourable and appropriate solution for the company. In the conclusion, we presented ideas for further work, based on the analysis of the results.
