Abstract

Poslovno okolje postaja z vsakim dnem bolj nepredvidljivo in sposobnost prilagajanja hitrim spremembam postaja tudi z organizacijskega vidika vedno pomembnejše. Uspešno delo je tako v veliki meri odvisno od vodenja. Pojem vodenja je tesno povezan z uspešnostjo zaposlenih, njihovim zadovoljstvom na delovnem mestu in s samo uspešnostjo podjetja. Nekateri vodje delujejo izključno po svojih občutkih, na drugi strani pa nekateri preveč upoštevajo mnenja zaposlenih in s tem izgubijo svojo avtoriteto. V teoretičnem delu smo preverili strokovno literaturo domačih in tujih avtorjev. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo, s katero smo opredelili vodenje ter teorije in stile vodenja. Predmet preučevanja diplomskega dela je opredelitev vodenja in analiza stilov vodenja v poslovalnicah podjetja Delavska hranilnica d.d. V empiričnem delu naloge smo tako s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika in analize podatkov preverjali stile vodenja vodij v poslovalnicah Delavske hranilnice d.d.

Secondary abstract: The conditions under which the business is done are becoming more and more unpredictable and they demand constant modification in organizational aspect of business. Successful work is largely dependent on management and leadership. The concept of leadership is closely linked to the performance of the employees, their satisfaction and with overall success of the company. Some managers lead exclusively based on their feeling, while other depend too much on their employees and thereby lose their authority. In the theoretical part we examined literature of domestic and foreign authors. For definition of leadership, management theories and leadhership styles we used descriptive method. The subject of the work is to define different methods of leadership and to analyze present leadership styles in Delavska hranilnica d.d. branch offices. With survey questionnaire and statistical analysis of the results we examined the leadhership styles in the company.
