Abstract
Zadovoljni zaposleni so dandanes ključni dejavnik uspešnega podjetja, saj le zadovoljni zaposleni lahko naredijo dobro klimo, ki se odraža v samem stanju podjetja. Zato je zadovoljstvo z delom pomembna sestavina vedenja v organizacijah, ker vpliva na pojave kot so absentizem, fluktuacija, delovni spori, telesno in duševno zdravje, nezgode pri delu in nenazadnje tudi na pripravljenost za izobraževanje in usposabljanje. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih lahko opišemo skozi dobre odnose. Po drugi strani pa lahko podjetja zaradi različnih dejavnikov kar hitro doleti nezadovoljstvo. Pomembno je, da se podjetja znajo z njim spopasti in ga obrniti nazaj v pozitivno smer. V empiričnem delu pa smo z anketnim vprašalnikom ugotavljali stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni najbolj zadovoljni z zanimivostjo dela in nalog, najmanj pa so zadovoljni z dobrimi možnostmi za izobraževanje in usposabljanje ter bonitetami in drugimi ugodnostmi.

Secondary abstract: |
Satisfied employees are nowadays critical success factor for companies, since only satisfied employees can create a good working atmosphere, which is reflected in the very state of the company. Therefore, work satisfaction is an important component of human behaviour in organizations, because it affects phenomena such as absenteeism, employee turnover, labour disputes, physical and mental health, accidents at work and ultimately the willingness for education and training. Employee satisfaction can be described through good relations. On the other hand, the companies, due to various factors, are quickly befallen by dissatisfaction. It is important that companies know how to confront it and turn it back into a positive direction. The empirical part presents the questionnaire, where we observed the degree of employee satisfaction. It was found that employees are the most satisfied with interesting work and tasks, whereas the least, they are satisfied with high potentials for education and training, as well as bonuses and other benefits. |
