Abstract

Diplomska naloga predstavlja temo zavzetost zaposlenih. Naloga je razdeljena na dva dela: na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili različne teorije o zavzetosti zaposlenih, ki so jih napisali različni avtorji. Nadaljujemo s konceptom zaposlenih. Teorijo koncepta zavzetosti lahko definiramo kot povezanost med celovitim upravljanjem delovne uspešnosti in zavzetostjo zaposlenih. Temelji na temeljnem pogoju zaupanja zaposlenih v samo podjetje in v vodje. V dodatku opisujemo dejavnike zadovoljstva ter motivacijo. V nalogi opisujemo tudi vpliv vodij na zavzetost zaposlenih ter pomen delovnega mesta na zavzetost zaposlenih. Čisto na koncu vam predstavljamo absentizem in fluktuacijo. V empiričnem delu vam predstavljamo raziskavo v večjem taxi podjetju. V vseh dejavnostih je velika konkurenca, posledica tega so nizke plače in nezavzeti delavci. Ugotavljali smo dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo. Prav tako smo ugotavljali, kako bi delavci sprejeli dodatno delo na delovnem mestu in s čim jih lahko motiviramo.

Secondary abstract: We present the thesis on the topic of employee engagement .The thesis is divided into two parts on the theoretical and empirical part. We present the theoretic part in different theories about employee engagement which are written different writers. We continue with the concept of the employee. The theory of the concept of engagement can be defined where the connection between the integrated management of performance and employee engagement. It based on the basic condition of trust of employees in the company itself and leaders. In addition we describe the factors of satisfaction and motivation. The task we describe the influence of the leaders on the employee engagement and of course the importance vacancy on employee engagement. We present absenteeism and fluctuation at the end. In the empirical part we present a survey of the taxi company. In all the activities we have a lot competition results of these are low wages and employee engagement. Through the research we have found the factors that contribute to the satisfaction. We have found the key how the workers accept additional work on the workplace and how we can motivate workers.
