Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen postopek načrtovanja, izdelave in krmiljenja namenskega pnevmatičnega manipulatorja, ki bo služil kot multi-funkcijska demonstracijska enota za prikaz uporabe pnevmatike. Narejen je bil idejni načrt za izdelavo manipulatorja in njegovo delovanje ter 3D model naprave. Izdelani in naročeni so bili vsi potrebni deli, ki so se sestavili v celovito napravo. Zasnovano ter izdelano je bilo krmilje naprave ter električna in pnevmatična povezava komponent. Narejen je bil program za industrijski krmilnik, ki se je preizkusil v simulacijskem okolju in se prenesel na industrijski krmilnik ter nato še nadgradil. Sistemu se je dodal še uporabniški vmesnik na industrijskem zaslonu.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the process of design, construction and control of a special pneumatic manipulator, which will serve as multi-functional demonstration unit to show the use of pneumatics. The idea plan was made for making manipulator and its operation as well as a 3D model of the device. Constructed and ordered were all the necessary parts that have been assembled into a complete device. Designed and constructed was the control system as well as electrical and pneumatic connections for components. The program was made for an industrial controller that was tested in a simulation environment and transferred to the industrial controller and then upgraded. To system has been added a user interface on the industrial screen.
