Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je prikazano načrtovanje premične podporne priprave s pomočjo programa za prostorsko modeliranje ter njena trdnostna analiza. Podporna priprava je namenjena odlaganju velikih zvarjencev za kasnejše naknadne obdelave. Zaradi zahtevane nosilnosti priprave bo slednja težka in je nebo mogoče ročno prestavljati na različna mesta v delovnem prostoru. Posledično temu je zato potrebno na pripravo vgraditi ustrezna kolesa, ki bodo omogočala njen premik na ustrezno delovno mesto brez pomoči viličarja ali mostnega žerjava. Na podlagi statične analize bomo izbrali najoptimalnejše standardne jeklene profile in določili ustrezne debeline ostalih pločevin. V diplomskem delu bo prikazan tudi mehanizem dviga podporne priprave, ki bo izveden s pomočjo dodatnega ohišja, v katerem bo nameščeno ustrezno tekalno kolo, ki bo vodeno v smeri višine in opremljeno s standardno tlačno vijačno vzmetjo.

The content of this degree paper is mainly based on showing a basic planning of the mobile retaining device, including a help of the program for a spatial modelling and its powerful firming analysis. The supporting device's main purpose is on a disposal of huge concoctions onto it, for the following subsequent processing. Because of a device's carrying that is demanded, the latter one is extremely hard and it is non-functional for a handcrafted moving on various spots in a certain working place. Consequently to that, there is necessary for the device to build some suitable wheels into it that will enable the device's movement on a suitable working spot, excluding any help of a fork-lift or bridge crane. On the basis of a static analysis we have chosen most optimal standard steel profiles and determined appropriate thickness of the rest of sheet metals. Furthermore, the other part in a degree paper is entirely based on showing the mechanism of an ascent of the supporting device. That ascent is performed with a help of a supplementary casing, inside which there is a suitable running wheel leading in the direction of height and that is fitted with a standard pressure screwing spring |
