diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Informatika v organizaciji in managementu

Abstract

Čas v katerem živimo je na vseh področjih prinesel izjemno velik napredek, ki se kaže tudi preko predstavitev podjetij. V preteklosti so podjetja uporabljala klasične poti za oglaševanje kot na primer tiskane medije, radio, televizija. V zadnjih petnajstih letih pa se poslužujejo najbolj enostavne, hitre in dostopne poti za oglaševanje. Govorimo o medmrežju, kjer s pomočjo spletne strani na kateri lahko uporabnik dobi vse potrebne informacije, ki jih v danem trenutku potrebuje ali želi. Lastniki, ki imajo svojo spletno stran se morajo zavedati, da je le-ta zrcalo podjetja, saj je spletna stran dostopna vse dni v letu. S kvalitetno spletno stranjo je mogoče izboljšati pozicijo na trgu in s tem v končni fazi tudi dobiček. Takrat, ko se nekdo odloči, pa naj bo to podjetje, podjetnik ali drug subjekt mora za to, da bo spletna stran všečna uporabnikom vložiti veliko časa, energije in truda, saj mora biti vizualno kot vsebinsko konkurenčna drugim. V diplomskem delu bomo naredili analizo obstoječe spletne strani podjetja Alpetour, PA, d.d. in podali predloge za njeno posodobitev. S prenovljeno spletno stranjo želimo v prihodnosti zgraditi spletni portal, ki bo dosegal cilje podjetja Alpetour, PA, d.d., to je povečati prepoznavnost podjetja na področju turizma in prepričati uporabnike spletne strani, da je prava izbira za njih.

Secondary abstract: The times that we live in are times of great progress and changes. Companies go through changes as well and one can easily notice their progress through their advertising tools. In the past, companies used to have classic advertising strategies such as print media, radio and television. The last fifteen years have been all about the easiest, fastest and the quickest way of advertising – the Internet. Internet is a place where users get what they need, want and what they are looking for very quickly just by surfing the different web pages. The owners of companies that have an active web page should be aware, that a web page is the mirror of a company and it can be visited at all times. A quality web page is a strong advertising tool that can push the company's market position way up high. And by doing that, it consequently brings more profit. Setting up a web page is not an easy task. Once the decision, that there will be a web page, is made, a lot of time, effort and knowledge has to be involved in the process. The content and the visual image of the page need to be competitive to others in the market. My assignment is about the analysis of a current Alpetour, PA, d.d. company web page. Together with the analysis I have given the proposals for the web page updates. An updated web page is the beginning point of the company's idea to build a web portal. The company wants to increase its recognisability when it comes to tourism and also, they want to persuade their web page users that they are the ultimate choice for their needs.
