Povzetek
V nalogi obravnavamo problem analize spletnega mesta turistične blagovne znamke Palmijada, podjetja Palma d.o.o.. Pri Palmijadi so nezadovoljni z rezultati obstoječe spletne strani in to je glavni razlog zakaj smo se odločili izvesti analizo in raziskavo njihovega spletnega mesta. Glavna cilja diplomske naloge sta bila kritična analiza spletnega mesta in predlogi za izboljšavo. Namenili smo se ugotoviti kako njihova ciljna skupina (mladostniki stari med 15 in 19 let) gleda na Palmijado kot blagovno znamko in ponudnika turističnih storitev za mladostnike ter ali spletna stran njihova pričakovanja izpolnjuje. Obstoječe stanje smo ugotavljali preko anketnega vprašalnika, ki je bil namenjen ciljni skupini in intervjujem predstavnikov podjetja. S tem smo skušali ugotoviti kako oboji gledajo na vizualno podobo, uporabnost in vsebino na obstoječi spletni strani. Rezultati so pokazali, da je potrebna prenova spletne strani z bolj modernejšim in interaktivnejšim izgledom, ki pritegne mladega navdušenca do prijave na potovalno storitev. Pomembno je tudi spremljati statistiko obiska na strani in redno ažurirati aktualno vsebino. Med pomembnejšimi predlogi za bolj učinkovit nastop na spletu je tudi določitev osebe znotraj podjetja, ki se bo dnevno ukvarjala s spletno stranjo, odgovarjala na povpraševanja in skrbela za pojavnost na družabnem omrežju Facebook. Z dodatnimi predlogi želimo v prihodnosti zgraditi spletno stran, ki bo dosegala cilj Palmijade, to je redno povpraševanje po njihovih storitvah, prepričati ciljno skupino, da je prava izbira za njih.

This thesis presents the problem of analyzing the web site of the tourism brand Palmijada, company Palma d.o.o. Palmijada is not satisfied with the results of their existing web site and that is the main reason we have decided to do an analysis and a research of their web site. The main objective of this thesis is a critical analysis of the web site and suggestions for improvement. We aimed to discover how their target group (youngsters between the age of 15 and 19) views Palmijada as a brand and a provider of tourism services for youngsters and if their web site fulfills their expectations. The status quo was determined by questionnaire, which was intended for the target group and by interviewing the company representatives. We were trying to determine how both of them regard the visual image, the usefulness and the content on the existing web site. The results have shown there is a need for a reconstruction of the web site with a more modern and interactive design, which attracts the young enthusiast to sign up for their tourism service. It is also important to monitor the page views and to regularly update topical content. One of the most important suggestions for a more effective appearance on the web is to assign a person within the company, who will be responsible for the web site each day, who will give replies to the demands and will take care of the incidence on a social network site Facebook. Our wish for the future is that the additional suggestions will help to build a web site, which will accomplish the goal of Palmijada, that is a regular demand for their services and to convince their target group that this is the right choice for them. |
