diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Pomen in obvladovanje stresa postajata vse pomembnejša tako na individualni ravni kot tudi na ravni organizacije. Stres na delovnem mestu povzroča izgorelost zaposlenih, kar posledično lahko vpliva na uspeh celotne organizacije.
Stres in motivacija zaposlenih sta obsežno raziskovani področji, zato je v okviru tega v diplomski nalogi prikazan morebiten vpliv antistresnih tehnik na motivacijo zaposlenih. Poleg dejavnikov stresa in motivacije na delovnem mestu so v diplomski nalogi poudarjeni vplivi in posledice stresa ter tudi različne tehnike njegovega obvladovanja in premagovanja na delovnem mestu, tako na ravni posameznika kot tudi na ravni organizacije.
Vpliv antistresnih tehnik na motivacijo zaposlenih je prikazan na primeru zaposlenih v podjetju Telekom Slovenije, d. d. Rezultati ankete med zaposlenimi v podjetju kažejo, da so zaposleni dovolj motivirani in niso izpostavljeni veliki meri stresa. Zaposleni so poudarili, da je izobraževanje na področju antistresnih tehnik dobrodošlo, vendar imajo tovrstna izobraževanja le kratkotrajni učinek. Največja težava je v tem, da se tovrstna izobraževanja izvajajo le enkrat na leto. Za boljši učinek teh bi bilo potrebno pogostejše izobraževanje ali izvajanje tovrstnih tehnik na samem delovnem mestu.

Stress management and its meaning are becoming increasingly important both at the individual level as well as at the level of organization. Stress at work is causing employee burnout, which can consequently affect the success of the entire organization.
Stress and motivation of employees are already extensively researched areas and that is why the potential impact of anti-stress techniques is shown in the context of the thesis. To the addition of stress factors and work motivation, effects and consequences of stress are also exposed and a variety of techniques for controlling and managing stress in the workplace as well, both at the individual level as well at the level of organization.
The impact of anti-stress techniques is shown in the case of employees in Telekom Slovenia, d.d. Survey results show that employees in Telekom Slovenije are motivated enough and are not subject to bigger amount of stress. Employees pointed out that education in the field of anti-stress techniques is useful, but that kind of education have only short-term effect. The biggest problem lies in the fact that such educations are carried out only once a year. For better effect they should be organized more often or anti-stress techniques should be implemented in the workplace itself. |
