Abstract

V današnjem času ekološkemu kmetijstvu predpisujemo velik pomen. Način razmišljanja je bistveno drugačen kot pred leti, zato se nagibamo k uporabi čim bolj kakovostne, zdrave in okusne hrane, ki je pridelana na naraven način. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo obravnavali pomen ekološkega kmetijstva, kakšne so prednosti in slabosti le-tega ter vsebnost ekoloških živil. Obravnavali smo tudi način preusmeritve iz konvencionalnega v ekološko kmetijstvo, certificiranje in vlogo države. V drugem, raziskovalnem delu, sta nas zanimala predvsem način življenja in uporaba ekoloških živil prostovoljnih udeležencev v anketi. Ugotovili smo, da je delež zaupanja uporabnikov v ekološke pridelke večinski, ravno tako pa jim je najvažnejši faktor pri odločanju nakupa kakovost in šele nato cena.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays eco agriculture is of big importance. The way of thinking in general is different to thinking just a few years ago, people tend to use food of highest quolity possible, which is healthy and produced in a natural way. This diploma consists of a teoretical part and of research. In the first part we considered the meaning of eco agriculture, its advantages and disadvantages and also content of eco food. In the second part of the diploma we were interested in the way of life of people who were willing to cooperate at our questionare, we were also interested in their use of eco food. We conclude that most of people cooporating, trust eco food. When buying food, of the biggest importance for them is the quality of food, secondly they consider the prices.
