diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
V času vse hujše konkurence na trgu se morajo podjetja hitro odzvati na zahtevane spremembe. Ključni pomen vsakega uspešnega podjetja so zaposleni, zato morajo prav njim namenjati veliko pozornosti. Za uspešno opravljeno delo zaposleni v podjetjih in organizacijah potrebujejo občutek, da so s svojim delom prispevali k razvoju podjetja. In pri tem se moramo vprašati, kako zagotoviti ta občutek? Da bi podjetje prišlo do ključnega odgovora se jih večina odloči za merjenje organizacijske klime in motivacije. Z meritvijo organizacijske klime želijo ugotoviti kakšna stopnja zadovoljstva je pri zaposleni na različnih področjih njihovega delovanja. Z rezultati pridemo do ugotovitev, na katerih področjih moramo ukrepati, da bomo s primerno motivacijo dosegli povečano učinkovitost zaposlenih.
V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, ki smo jo opravili v obravnavanem podjetju X. Proučili smo vpliv organizacijske klime na motivacijo zaposlenih in pokazali, da je primerna motivacija in dobro vzdušje v organizaciji bistvenega pomena za uspeh.

In the current era of ever stronger competition on the market companies must react when conditions require them to do so. Employees are the key to every successful company, and consequently them must be paid a great deal of attention. For a effective job employees must have the feeling that have contributed to the development of the company or organisation they work for. The central question here is how to ensure this feeling? To find the right answer, companies often resort to measuring their organisational climate and employee levels of motivation. They do so in the hopes of ensuring employee satisfaction in many areas of their work activities. The results of this thesis show the areas in which measures must be taken to achieve a sufficient level of motivation so as to lead to increased workforce effectiveness.
The empirical part of this thesis presents the results of the study conducted within company X. The effect of organisational climate on employees was analysed, indicating that proper motivation and a good environment within an organisation is of crucial importance for its success. |
