Abstract

Uspeh podjetja je odvisen predvsem od učinkovitosti kadrovske funkcije, ki jo opravljajo kadrovske službe. Nedvomno je človek postal pomemben dejavnik pri pripravi različnih kadrovskih metod, saj s svojimi znanji, sposobnostjo in motiviranostjo prispeva k boljšim poslovnim ciljem organizacije. Kadrovski procesi ne temeljijo samo na operativnem delovanju, pač pa imajo strateško vlogo, ki se v podjetjih premalo uveljavlja. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili kadrovsko funkcijo in njeno delovanje v podjetju X d.o.o. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo predstavili nekaj konceptov s področja kadrovske funkcije. Predstavili smo kadrovske procese, ki so potrebni za uspešno delovanje podjetja, kot so: načrtovanje kadrov, pridobivanje kadrov, selekcija in izbor kadrov, sprejemanje in uvajanje kadrov, napredovanje in premeščanje kadrov ter izobraževanje kadrov. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena organizacija kadrovske službe. V empiričnem delu smo prikazali delovanje kadrovske funkcije v podjetju X d.o.o. Izvedli smo raziskavo, s katero smo želeli ugotoviti, kako zaposleni ocenjujejo kadrovske procese v podjetju X d.o.o., kot so zaposlovanje in izbira kadrov, uvajanje v delovni proces, nagrajevanje, napredovanje in izobraževanje. Na osnovi tega smo v nadaljevanju predlagali izboljšave.

Secondary abstract: The company's success mainly depends on the efficiency of human resources functions performed by the human resources department. Undoubtedly, the man has become an important factor in the preparation of various staffing methods, as with their knowledge, ability and motivation to contribute to improving the business objectives of the organization. Human resources processes based not only on the operational functioning but have a strategic role which in companies has little use. In this thesis, we present the human resources function and its operation in the company X d.o.o. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we present some concepts in the field of human resource functions. We present the human resources processes that are necessary for the successful operation of the enterprise, such as: human resource planning, recruitment, selection and selection of personnel, adoption and deployment of personnel, promotion and movement of personnel and training of personnel. The table below presents the organization of the human resources department. In the empirical part we have shown the functioning of the human resources function in company X d.o.o. We conducted a survey in which we wanted to determine how employees evaluate human resources processes in the company X d.o.o., such as recruitment and selection, induction into the working process, remuneration, promotion and education. Based on this, we suggest improvements.
