Sekundarni povzetek: | SUMMARY The importance of human resources in organizations is changing. In a modern business environment the enterprise's success depends on the employees. A well-chosen personnel is a competitive advantage of an enterprise. Thus, this thesis tries to point out the importance of selection and human resources development and human resources issues. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical explanation of notions which discuss the human resources function and dealing with human resources. The second (empirical) part presents the process of dealing with human resources in Rafinerija Maribor, d.o.o. from the first contact with the enterprise to the employment, and further training and education. |
