diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Vodenje pomembno vpliva na uspešnost doseganja ciljev podjetja. Pomemben je tudi proces vodenja in vzgoja posameznika. V teoretičnem delu smo na kratko predstavili vodenje, teorije vodenja, načine in stile vodenja, osebnostne lastnosti vodij in dejavnike ki vplivajo na vodenje (motivacija, komuniciranje, konflikti).
V empiričnem delu pa prikazali rezultate raziskav in preverili hipoteze.

In the theoretical part we briefly introduce the management, control theory, methods and leadership styles, personality traits of leaders and the factors that affect management (motivation, communication, conflict). In the empirical part, we show the results of research and verify hypotheses. |
